Tuesday 5th March is our monthly Coffee Morning again, that’s come round very quickly. Where on Earth did February go?

Join us in the barn 10.30 to 12.30 for 3 Aga baked goodies, bottomless Tea, Coffee or cold drinks

All served on vintage China & linens with fresh flowers from our garden

£8 per person payable on the day, just let me know you’re coming as I bake fresh!

It’s our monthly Afternoon Tea & Ploughman’s at Sianie’s Kitchen on Sunday 18th February 2pm to 4pm in Wheelwright’s Barn, Cooting.

Join us for a selection of finger sandwiches:
Egg Mayonnaise & Cress
Smoked Salmon with cucumber
Home cooked gammon with Mustard Cheddar Cheese & chutney.

Buttermilk & Sultana Scone served with Clotted Cream & Sianie’s Kitchen Preserve

Individual Quiche Lorraine /Seasonal Vegetarian

Various cakes which will change seasonally

All baked fresh on the premises using our own or local produce.

Unlimited Tea, ( including speciality teas) Fresh Cafetière Coffee & cold drinks all included

Afternoon Tea and Ploughman’s – January 2024

We try to keep food miles to a minimum, by growing as much as we can on site & for everything else we will source as locally as possible.

We went to Whitstable Foodies Market on Saturday to check out some new suppliers for our Events.

This year, I really want to focus on supporting local producers for anything we can’t grow or make ourselves.

We purchased 2 different varieties of smoked salmon, one Beech smoked & one Alder smoked from www.thenativesmokehouse.com

Absolutely delicious, beautifully sliced & presented. So we really had to include it on the menu as one of our finger sandwich fillings !

This Sunday 21st of January is our very 1st Afternoon Tea & Ploughman’s Event for 2024 at Sianie’s Kitchen.

2pm to 4pm

At Wheelwright’s Barn

Book your place with us this weekend !

We’re excited to be changing the menu slightly, finger sandwiches as always filled with

Fresh Egg mayonnaise & Cress, Eggs from our own free ranging girls,

Gammon with Mustard, from our Gloucester Old Spot Pigs,

Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese & Cucumber,

Cheddar Cheese with our own homemade Chutney.

Now with the addition of a Cheese scone, alongside individual quiches & new bakes.

Never fear though as your favourite Buttermilk & Sultana Scone served with our own preserve & Clotted Cream is most definitely here to stay!

All served at your table with vintage China, Linens and fresh flowers cut from our garden.

We are very pleased to be using Smoked Salmon from The Native Smokehouse in our Sandwiches & will be using Gilda Bakery’s Bread for our Ploughman’s Lunch, with Cheeses from Cheesemakers of Canterbury.

All of the above comes with bottomless Tea ( including speciality) fresh coffee or fruit juice

Kicking off the New Year with our January Coffee Morning

3 Aga Baked goodies with bottomless Tea, Real Coffee or cold drink. We have a wide range of fruit & specialty Teas, which are also included. Floral arrangements are picked fresh from our gardens to decorate the tables, with everything served on vintage china & linens.

This is a pre bookable event as I bake fresh, just let me know how many & pay on the day x
