My background
My food career began in 1998 when I started catering at a children’s nursery. After joining AGA in 2005 I regularly catered for customer coffee mornings, charity events and cookery demonstrations. I am a versatile cook who can provide a variety of homemade hot and cold food to customers in our Barn. Although we grow most of the food ourselves, we also source thoughtfully produced food from local Kent suppliers, such as Cheesemakers of Canterbury, Gilda Bakery, Hogman Family Butchers, The Native Smokehouse, and Fruits de Mer.
Family is so important to us! We even stepped in to cater for the wedding of our lovely cousin Annabelle. It was an amazing day.

Afternoon Teas, Ploughman’s and Coffee Mornings
Regular Afternoon Teas are held in our 18th Century Barn surrounded by the beautiful Kent countryside. Enjoy a delicious selection of Finger Sandwiches, Fruit Scone with Clotted Cream & Sianie’s Kitchen Preserve, Quiche and Cake – all homemade of course! Served with Unlimited Fresh Tea and Filter Coffee on Vintage China & table linens (£22.50 pp)
Ploughman’s – Featuring home cooked gammon, fresh bread, three local cheeses, homemade pickles and chutney, fresh apple and seasonal salad. Unlimited tea, coffee and fruit/herbal teas – all for £22.50 per person.

We also host Monthly Coffee Mornings in our Barn, which include a selection of 3 freshly AGA baked goodies, and unlimited Teas, Filter Coffee or refreshments (£8.50 pp)
